What payment methods are accepted?

I accept payment Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Apple Pay.

Do i need a deposit for my custom orders?

Yes. It’s 50% minimum deposit. I’ll start making your piece once you give me your ring size and deposit money. If you do cancel your order when i have already started making the piece, you will not receipt the deposit back. 

What is the turnaround time on made to order pieces?

All pieces are crafted by me, by hand, once your order is received. Please note that it may take 2-6 weeks for the piece to be shipped from the date of payment, depending on the design and material availability

What currency are the prices? 

The currency of the prices displayed on my website will change depending on your location.

Where do you craft your jewellery? 

All of my jewellery is handcrafted in my home studio located in Paris, where I currently live. All pieces are shipped from Paris.

What types of metal do you work with?

At the moment, I only offer SILVER.  

How do i work out my size?

Do you offer repair service?

Yes, I do offer repairs for rings if a stone falls out or if it needs to be polished. The cost of the stone and return shipping will be covered by you.

Can you resize my ring?

Yes, I do. But i can only make the ring bigger not smaller. 

Do you ship worldwide ?

Yes. I do ship worldwide.

What Shipping carrier do you use?

I use La Poste. It's the French main postal service. But If you have DHL or any other carrier account and wish me to ship it through them, feel free to send me the information. 

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery takes up to 5 business days in the EU and around 2 weeks for overseas shipment. You may wish to follow the progress of the delivery. I will send you the tracking number and a link to follow once it dispatched.

Do i have to pay import and duty charges?

The duties, taxes, and other fees like VAT and GST are not included in the shipping cost, and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon delivery. For more information on expected charges, please check your country's customs website.

My package is lost or I haven't received my package

 

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local postal service for assistance in locating it. If you are unable to resolve the issue with them, please reach out to me, and I will do my best to help you. If your tracking information shows that your package is still en route, it is on its way to your delivery address. Can I return, refund, or cancel my orders?

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or cancelations as a lot of work, time, love, and passion goes into each piece I make. If there are any mistakes on my end, please contact me via email or DM on Instagram, and we'll find a solution.
